Custom Product Terms

All POOJI products are personalized and made-to-order based on customer-provided information and pet photos.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

Uploaded photos are clear and accurate
Pet names, text, and customization details are correct
Shipping information is entered correctly

POOJI is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by customers.

Design & Product Disclaimer

Due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes, slight differences in color, positioning, or appearance may occur between digital previews and final products.

Minor variations including small bubbles, tiny black dots, dust particles, stitching variations, or other manufacturing characteristics may occur and are considered normal.

Intellectual Property

All POOJI designs, graphics, logos, images, and website content are the property of POOJI and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Customers confirm they own or have permission to use any pet photos or uploaded content submitted for customization.
