At POOJI , we believe that true art cannot be rushed. Each piece undergoes a meticulous creation and production process to ensure it captures the unique, soulful essence of your pet.

To deliver a masterpiece that will last a lifetime, our delivery process is strictly divided into the following three steps:

Step 1: Portrait Artistry (Estimated 5-7 Business Days) Our professional artists hand-draw every detail of your pet’s portrait.

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: To ensure you are 100% happy, we offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" with unlimited revisions.
  • Please Note: The final timeline for this stage may vary depending on the number of revisions requested.

Step 2: Artisan Crafting (Estimated 7-20 Business Days) Once you have formally approved your design, your masterpiece moves into the official production stage.

  • Commitment to Excellence: This phase involves high-specification custom techniques and high-definition (HD) printing.
  • Rigorous Quality Control (QC): Every finished piece must pass a strict quality inspection. If a piece does not meet our "Perfection Standard," we will restart the crafting process from scratch to ensure it meets your expectations.

Step 3: Secure Global Delivery (Estimated 7-12 Business Days) We partner with reliable international couriers to deliver your parcel to global destinations.

  • Track Your Order: Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress until it arrives safely at your door.

TOTAL ESTIMATED DELIVERY: Approximately 4 to 7 weeks from the date of your photo upload. We sincerely appreciate your patience. For a masterpiece this special, we promise it is worth the wait.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY NOTICES:

  • Address Requirements: To ensure successful international delivery, please provide a complete and detailed physical street address (residential or business). We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or similar non-physical addresses.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customs policies vary widely from country to country.Any additional customs clearance fees, import duties, or local taxes incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Shipping Protection: If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives significantly damaged,please contact us at pooji.petcustom@gmail.com  within 7 days of the delivery date.Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage; we will arrange a complimentary remake and priority replacement for you.
