At POOJI, every product is custom-made with care and created specifically for you and your pet. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. No Returns or Exchanges for Non-Quality Reasons

All custom-made products are unique and made-to-order. Therefore, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, incorrect ordering, or any non-quality-related issues.

2. Order Production Confirmation

Once your custom design, pet portrait, text, or artwork has been confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

3. Quality Issues / Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you experience any issues with your product, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your package. We will review the situation and work with you to provide an appropriate solution.

• Photos or videos showing the issue

• A brief description of the problem
