Return & Refund Policy

At POOJI, every product is custom-made and created specifically for you and your pet. Due to the personalized nature of our products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Custom-Made Products

All POOJI products are made-to-order and personalized based on your submitted photos, names, artwork, or customization requests.

Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Dissatisfaction after production has begun
Minor color variations caused by screen displays

2. Design Approval

For products that include custom artwork or pet portraits, we provide a design proof before production whenever applicable.

Unlimited revisions are available during the proofing stage.
Once the design has been approved and production begins, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After this period, our artists may have already begun working on your design and cancellation may no longer be possible.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Order number
Photos or videos of the issue
A brief description of the problem

Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the issue is caused by a product defect, damage, or our error, POOJI will cover the return or replacement costs.
If the return is requested for non-quality-related reasons, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
